CLUB DOODLES, INC. TYCO RANCH, INC.
The following agreement is between Club Doodles, Inc. and Bonnie Holt, hereafter referred to as "Breeder" and _________________________________________________, hereafter referred to as "PURCHASER" for the sale and purchase of a puppy/dog.
In consideration of a purchase price of $______________dollars, the breeder transfers in fee simple all rights, privileges and responsibilities associated with the ownership of a ________________(male/female/either) dog of the _____________________________________ breed, color choices are: 1.______________________2.__________________3.___________________to Purchaser as of the date specified below. Spay/Neuter: All puppies will be spayed/neutered before leaving our home. Goldendoodles can be excluded at buyers request. (no discounts provided for exclusion)
All Labradoodles will be spayed/neutered by Breeder before leaving the Breeders care. Any Labradoodle puppy delivered before the age of 8 weeks old or one that is too small to have spayed/neutered by breeder, must be spayed/neutered by the buyer, at the buyers expense, on or before the puppies 6 month birthday. Proof of spay/neuter by a licensed Vet is to be delivered to the breeder within 7 days of the surgery. Failure to comply will result in an additional breeder fee of $5,000 to be paid by the buyer to the breeder within 30 days or the return of the puppy with NO REFUND. There are no exceptions to this clause. __________(initials)
**If puppy is administered additional Parvo, distemper, lepto or corona vaccines (other than the normal 11 or 16 week puppy vaccinations needed as recorded by the breeder) this health guarantee is null and void. Club Doodles will not be responsible for over-vaccinating. _________ (initials)Use of the Dog:
It is agreed between breeder and purchaser that this dog is being acquired as a
family companion dog or as a working dog to be used for tasks appropriate to its
breed such as a therapy dog or for exhibition in any Club conformation,
obedience, or agility competition. We agree that the dog is not purchased for
resale nor will it be used or trained for activities which are illegal or for
which it is not suited by reason of temperament or conformation.
All of our puppies are put through the Bio-Sensor program, sometimes called the "Super Dog" program. Our puppies are socialized from birth with small children, other dogs and cats.
Health: Our pups are produced from dog's exhibiting no genetic disorders.
All of our breeding stock are OFA or Pennhip (hip) certified, CERF (eye) certified, vWD cleared, PRA, SA cleared, Heart cleared and Thyroid Cleared as per breed standards at the appropriate ages. We will have a qualified vet inspect the puppy and issue a health certificate at the buyer’s request and expense. Puppy will have the first set of shots (7 weeks) The second set of shots (11 weeks) and the third set of shots (16 weeks) will be the responsibility of the buyer. Puppy will be wormed at 2,4,and 6 weeks. Then at 8 weeks and every 4 weeks thereafter while in the breeders care. A record of these vaccinations will be provided by breeder.Puppy will need follow-up vaccinations, worming, flea control, rabies vaccination and heartworm prevention as recommended by your vet. The guarantee does not cover fleas/ticks, worms, coccidia, giardia, diarrhea, ear mites or low blood sugar. Breeder REQUIRES purchaser to have the dog seen by a Veterinarian of purchaser’s choice within 72 hours of purchase, failure to do so will void the health guarantee. Any genetic disorders must be reported to the breeder within 24 hours of the Vet visit.

In the event of an emergence of any genetic disorder within the first 24 months of the dog’s life, which is sufficiently serious to the dogs health AND in the opinion of two qualified veterinarians, the dog should be "put down", the breeder agrees to replace the dog with one of equivalent quality from a litter bred by the breeder, within 9 months. If buyer chooses not to have the puppy replaced with another, from the breeder, the breeder will refund the buyer $500. If the Buyer chooses to keep a puppy diagnosed with any other genetic health problems that require surgery or extensive therapy or medication, the Breeder will pay Vet costs up to $500. This also covers the diagnosis of mild, moderate and severe hip dysplasia, as diagnosed by OFA certification. No diagnosis by a Veterinarian will be accepted. OFA prelim. certifications will not be accepted before 2 years of age (as per recommendation by the OFA) due to the drastic changes in the hip joints of both Labradoodles and Goldendoodles. All invoicing must be sent to the Breeder by a licensed Veterinarian.The puppy may be returned to the breeder for disabling genetic health issues within 72 hours following delivery. Provided that the dog has not been damaged in any way the purchaser will then be entitled to a replacement of an equivalent puppy. If breeder does not have an equivalent puppy within 6 months from the date of the return, Breeder will refund original purchase price, not including any shipping charges. The puppy will be replaced with an equivalent puppy immediately, if one is available. If the puppy is returned for any reason other than genetic health reasons, refund or replacement is subject to resale of the puppy. There is a $200 re-home fee that will be deducted from the refund to cover advertising, medication and feed expenses.
Food, Growth and Development: A Natural diet or a Natural/Holistic Dry formula are recommended for all Labradoodles and Goldendoodles. Large breed puppies should be fed the large breed foods, ones with a correct calcium/phosphorus ratio are strongly recommended. Feed the puppy food for the first 3 months of your dog’s life. Adult food is recommended after this time as some Doodles have difficulty handling the high protein levels in puppy food. Feeding a raw diet is highly encouraged. The Breeder does not guarantee the final outcome of the puppies coat, color or size.
___________ (initials)Shipping: Shipping costs and risks will be borne by the buyer. Breeder can supply, at buyer's expense, health certificate, shipping kennel and transportation to airport in order to facilitate delivery. Shipping kennel becomes the property of buyer. Refund or replacement of dog does not include shipping or transportation costs. If a dog must be returned, all shipping and transportation costs are at the expense of buyer. Shipping can cause minor health issues such as Coccidia, low blood sugar etc. due to the possible stress of shipping. Purchaser assumes all health related issues due to shipping/stress of the puppy. Insurance is provided at buyer expense in case of loss /damage /death to puppy from the time the puppy is signed over to the airlines/carrier by the seller until the puppy is in the buyers possession. The seller assumes no responsibility of the puppy once it is in the airlines/carriers possession.
***Insurance acknowledgment: Seller will pay for the puppy insurance with the airline being used. In the case that the insurance would be paid out it will be issued to the buyer.
Ownership Responsibilities:
The purchaser agrees to maintain the dog in a humane environment and properly
train and care for it. The dog will not be allowed to roam. The breeder
strongly recommend permanent identification by tattoo or microchip. Breeder
gives permission to be listed as an alternate contact on micro-chip registration
information. Breeder will microchip the puppy with Home Again unless buyer
request to do it themselves.
Re-home and/or fostering:
In the event that the purchaser's are unable to keep the dog or provide an
appropriate home, the dog may be returned to the breeder. This is not an offer
of refund but an offer to assist in re-homing the puppy/dog.
Non-Refundable Deposits/Full Payment: Enclosed is full payment of $______________or a deposit of $500 ($200 is NON-REFUNDABLE) on the date of ______________. Should the puppy you desire not be represented in this litter, whether it be because of death, injury, lack of availability, personality, sex, color or size requested, your deposit will be moved to the next available litter(s). If your puppy is not represented in a litter within one year from the date your deposit was received, the full deposit will be returned. Should you decide to cancel this agreement outright, for any reason, the REFUNDABLE portion of your deposit (above the $200 NON_REFUNDABLE portion) will be returned within 30 days of your written request.

The balance is due on or before the puppy is 6 weeks of age. If puppy is already 6 weeks of age full payment is due with this contract. All checks must clear the bank prior to the puppy leaving the farm. If you plan to pay the balance by check, please allow one week for the check to process.Payments: Any payments not received as promised or not honored by the issuing bank for any reason after the puppy has been delivered/shipped will result in the puppy being the immediate property of Club Doodles. The buyer will immediately upon the request of Club Doodles return the puppy in good health. Shipping/delivery costs of returning the puppy to Club Doodles is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Any legal costs or transportation costs of retrieving the puppy from the buyer will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Club Doodles will take any legal action necessary to retrieve the puppy. Buyer will forfeit any monies that have been previously paid on the puppy.
Any legal proceedings brought forth against or in defense of this contract will be filed and litigated in Maury County, Tennessee. This entire contract falls under the jurisdiction of Maury County, Tennessee and the laws of the State of Tennessee.
